Founding Story
Inspiration to Inception
Our inception began with a simple spark of inspiration – a desire to create travel experiences that are as individual as the travelers themselves. We saw a gap in the market for specialized Mountain Bike, Motorcycle and Four Wheel Drives tours that catered to the discerning wanderer seeking more than just a cookie-cutter vacation. The National road network in Nepal has developed enormously since 1951, when the length of the network was only 376 km. But the rapid expansion of the road network took place in the last 25 years from around 5925 km in 1985 to 62579 km in 2013, and at present 74,756 kilometers.
Meanwhile, the government has predicted developing 33,000 kilometers more highways in the next 10 / 15 years, so estimate the potentials of Road tour explorations. Taking this history into future account, and passion as our compass; we aim to turn this Vision into Reality. We meticulously researched destinations, collaborated with local experts, and poured our hearts into crafting itineraries that would ignite a sense of wonder and discovery in our clients. And thus, Nepal Wheel Tours was born.
